An Om kind of shopping experience…

IMG_1200

Sunday was for shopping and Monday is for posting mail, running errands, doing laundry and mentally preparing for being away from home for a week while I house sit. I went to several places yesterday but the one place I really enjoyed going to was Sahara, a really chic and tranquil women’s clothing and accessories store located in St. Armands Circle in Sarasota. Part of the Binjara Traders, Inc. family, Sahara specializes in clothing and accessories straight out of India, beautiful and ornate with decent price tags to match. If you want authenticity then don’t hesitate to stop by. They have an amazing assortment of Buddhas in all different sizes as well as Ganesha sculptures. I took several photos of the store so you could see the inside.

Can I have these, please?

I love browsing through online shops and finding things that inspire me to be creative! Today I went to check out a few things on Etsy and found the featured shop Old Crow Farm and fell in love with their rescued and reused goods. One thing in particular that I love is the Industrial Cart that they rescued. I could see this in my studio when I have one! Here it is:

I absolutely love it! I also love this industrial metal organizer:

My studio would not be complete without these gorgeous crates:

Another beautiful item they have which I think would bring color to my future studio is this gorgeous double bin wall hanging:

I can already see how gorgeous my studio would be with these and other beautiful items! I love the industrial look and feel of these items! I’m really digging these ephemera magnets as well:

Ooooh! I love these enamel bowls as well! I just cannot get enough of Old Crow Farm! I think you need to check these gorgeous bowls out:

I think I will keep these in mind for future reference but wanted to share these with you all! Isn’t all this stuff gorgeous? There is more on Old Crow Farm’s etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/oldcrowfarm. Check it out!

Cheers and happy weekend!
